Analytical management for group of construction companies

This is a group of companies, constructors of parks and gardens, whose application pursues the analytical control of the work that is carried out. The programme consists of a file with the different companies that make up the group, a list of the different production centres, a card for each work, the masters or auxiliary files, invoices issued and received, a forecast of invoices, and a section of queries to obtain various statistics. Finally, works can be completed and data transferred to the accounting program.

  • The consultations on invoices allow to know by each company of the group, the relation of issued invoices, received, in forecast, the works that are being done to them, and the accounting accounts to which it affects, between dates:

  • SGO (monitoring and management of Works in Spanish) allows to obtain for each company of the group, the works in progress, and the list of people (heads of work and group) who are responsible for them:

  • The Summary of the Major (for the accounting), by each company of the group, of clients, or suppliers or forecasts, with the works that have relation with the same ones, between dates:

Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Spanish language. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
